Privacy notice

This website has one way of collecting personal details: the contact form. Here is what it collects, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

Bottle Boudoir, Bali, Indonesia — contact@bottleboudoir.com.

What the contact form collects

Nothing else: no account, no password, no payment details.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, talk about your project and prepare a quote. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell or rent them. We use them because you ask us to and agree to it when you send the form.

Who sees it, and where it is kept

Only the Bottle Boudoir team. Your request is recorded on the server of our host, o2switch, in France, and sent by email to our mailbox, contact@bottleboudoir.com, which is delivered to an inbox operated by Google (Gmail). These providers handle the data on our behalf and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to 12 months after we receive it, then delete it. If your request leads to an order, we keep what that order requires for as long as it, and the law, require.

Protection against abuse

To stop automated spam, the form accepts only a few messages per connection and per day. To apply this limit, we keep a short-lived, one-way fingerprint of your IP address — never the address itself — which is not stored with your request. Like any web host, o2switch keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for the security and running of its servers.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools, third-party fonts or embedded content. Everything it shows is loaded from bottleboudoir.com.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your agreement, by writing to contact@bottleboudoir.com. When you ask us to delete your request, we delete it from our records.

These rights are recognised by Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, if you are in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation, which also lets you complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
